15-106. Repeat applications.
There shall be no limit on the number of repeat examinations an applicant
may take. However, a completely new application shall be filed for
each examination, accompanied by the appropriate application fee prescribed
by Rule 15-105. The secretary shall cause an appropriate reinvestigation
of fitness to be made if directed by the board, or, if the whose applicant's
last investigative report was dated more than fifteen (15) months prior
to the date of the latest application, and charge a fee under Rule
15-105. Applicants seeking reexamination must file their application
for repeat examination in accordance with the deadlines set forth in
Rule 15-104.
