Original Signature Required On All Forms

Before getting the application form, please make sure you have downloaded all four of the other forms (all but one of which need to be sent in at the same time in duplicate).

Be sure to read the instructions below for completing the forms off the Internet. The application and release forms must be completed on your typewriter or computer, and signed, notarized (where required) and mailed or delivered to the NM Board of Bar Examiners, 9420 Indian School Road, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. You may not e-mail or submit your forms on disk. You will need two copies of the application form, but you can print it out once, enter your answers and then make a copy of that. Both copies will then need to be signed, notarized and mailed in.
