Required Class in New Mexico Law

This class is required for applicants for admission via bar exam, UBE transfer, or admission on motion / reciprocity. In order to receive credit for successful completion of the class, attendees must be present for the entire duration, with no exceptions. The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice examination that is administered three times per year. It is required for admission to the State Bar of New Mexico. Bar Exam Takers: The MPRE may be taken before or after you take the bar exam, but must be completed prior to admission to the Bar.
